White Bear with Burgundy "Valentine" heart

I have had this bear for almost 19 years come February, and she was a gift from my Grandfather for Valentine's Day. Since I was a baby, I have loved her, so she is a little worse for wear and now wears sewn on rags. She has white fur with black orbed eyes, a red mesh-like bow, and holds a burgundy heart that also has its own bows (gold and red) with gold lettering spelling out "Valentine." When I have researched her myself, I have found she looks similar to GUND teddy bears but based on those pictures; I haven't found her exact model. If you know anything about this bear, let me know!
