What kind of bear is this?

1970's teddy bear

So I have had this bear since Christmas 1974. It was given to me on my first Christmas by my Aunt. It's been eaten by our dogs a couple times sadly. I would like to find out who made it and I would like to get it repaired.

I gave it to my oldest daughter when she was born and my youngest now has it. So he's still being loved and we're hoping to get him repaired.

It has articulated arms, legs and head.
The nose was stitched and the eyes were brown plastic.
The paws are white.

Not sure if someone can help me. But it would be excellent if possible.
