We have no history on our teddy bear

This bear was in a bag of items donated to a charity I volunteered for by an old lady’ who had sadly passed away. He was going to be put in the bin 😳 because he is so tatty so I adopted him, donated to the charity and he’s been with me now for 35 years. He is jointed with metal discs and I can feel what appears to be a metal disc in his tummy. His pads on his paws are thick cotton I think, I’m not sure what his stuffing is. His eyes are seen but not soft like his nose. He has no tags. I would love to have an idea of his age to know if the old lady maybe had him as a child? I guess he would need to be approximately 105-115 years old though. Any ideas or information would be greatly received.
