Vintage Pink and White Bear with Jingle Bell in Ear

This cutie is a vintage pink and white bear with jingle bell in her left ear. She's in a seated position. I think those are glass eyes, but I'm not sure how to tell. Also, I have not found out who the maker is. Any guesses? Possibly from the 50s.
