Teddy dearly loved

My lovely elderly friend died last year at the age of 94. She always talked of her teddy bear and it the only thing she held onto with any sense of sentimentality. Everything else in her long life was disposable but not Teddy.

I am interested to know what sort of ted he is. She was born in 1924 and she said she had him from an early age. She was born, raised, and died in Swansea, South Wales, UK.

He has been dressed in a dress that once belonged to her. He has obviously been well loved and repaired many times. I think he has been through many adventures with her.

His arms and legs move and he has brown patches on his feet and hands. He seems to have something inside his chest but whatever this is it doesn't work now. There are no labels on teddy.
