The collar does not connect completely to the back

My bear’s name is yogi. I got him when I was born in December 1999. His head has tan fur and his ears have white fabric on the inside. His eyes are black beads and so is his nose (sort of a rounded upside down triangle). Below his neck he has a collar but it doesn’t connect completely at the back. He’s wearing a white onesie and his feet are covered but his hands (or paws I should say) are almost like a ball of the same fur from his head at the ends of his arms. The white onesie is soft, but a thinner type fabric. He also has a tag on his bottom area but the writing has worn off.

I got mine in America. Mine was also pink but I cuddled him so much my mom told me he turned white. We have looked everywhere for him and still can’t find him.

I have the exact same one! But mine is in light pink, instead of white color. I was also born in 1999 and got it when I was was born basically. Do you mind stating where (in which country) did u get him? I'm trying to find a manufacturer for 2 years now but I couldn't find anything so far.
