Stunning 7.5 in Bear

Gorgeous, small 7 1/2in. cream colored, jointed female bear in pristine condition. Cream colored lace skirt and silky ribbon for tying, matching lace around neck w/cream-colored ribbon,rosy cheeks, beautiful little straw hat attached atop left side of head, covering ear. Hat is adorned with lace all around the bottom and then a second tier of lace, toward the top.

BACK OF TAG reads:

REG. NO. PA 1535
ALL NEW MATERIALS
OLEFIN FOAM RODS
MADE IN CHINA

I have searched the internet again and again but to no avail. I can't even find a likeness. She's so special and I even researched when the CAFI (?) Co. made these bears.
