Shinko’s country store bear

i found this bear at shinko’s country store in Avon, Ohio. i got him for $100, along with a schuco berlin “tut gut” mini bear from the 60s that they gave me. this guy is missing his eyes, and the fabric used to replace his eyes is the same as is used to replace his paw pads. he is in pretty rough shape, and his head feels like it may fall off (though it probably won’t.) no button in either ear, though there is a tear in the right ear, so he could be a bing bear. stuffed with excelsior. apparently, appraiser walked in, saw the bear, said “$148” and left. could anyone find any info on him?
