Pink Teddy Bear? "Teddy B.B." looks very old, please help me to identify this one:)

My father likes to collect interesting things, and I found this when I was packing the boxes,
but it's not plush, something rattling in it, and looks very old because the seams are clearly visible. I don't know, but there is writing on it: "Teddy B. B."

Please help me to identify this:)
