Paddington clothed old bear

I recently bought this bear as part of a job lot at the auction. It has paddington's jacket and boots, although im not sure whether they were just added to the bear? The bear has no feet, legs just go straight down. Iv tried to look for a similar bear online but haven't found anything. The red tongue throws me. There are no joints. No labels. Any idea where this bear comes from. Have done a burn test on a piece of fur fluff and it burns down to ash.
