Orange bear with heart attached

This bear was given to me by my boyfriend, and he has had it since before he was born. This bear is very special to me, and after lots and lots of searching, i haven’t been able to find it’s manufacturer or brand. This bear is fairly small and is a warm ginger color with white feet, stomach , and ears. He has the cutest brown nose and whiskers. I call him a bear, but he doesn’t have a tail, had whiskers, and has a kangaroo like pouch. In his pouch he holds a white heart that is attached to a white string that holds the heart to him. His heart says, “love you” on it. I’m searching out of curiosity, and just want to know how old he is or where he came from. Let me know if you have any idea who this guy is!! Thank you!!
