Old Teddy Bear

My late wife's teddy bear is quite old but I have no idea of its maker, real age or value.
As I need to move home shortly I have been clearing out some items and this is one.
Can you offer any information or valuation on this one ?
It is at least 65 years old but possible was handed down to her.
There are small damage areas and wear but other its in fair condition.
The head appears to be filled with wood shavings while the leg may have been patched a little with wool or something. Any information would be gratefully received.
