Old Monkey Teddy Bear

I have been looking for this monkey teddy for years. He belonged my sister when we were children and was left on an airplane and the airport never found him. words cannot describe how grateful I'd be if you can give me any manufacturing details about him or if you own a similar one yourself. This little monkey was brown and had a white face in the shape of - I can only describe as - a piece of toast. He has black eyes that if I remember correctly were glass, but could have been plastic. He has a red nose. His most defining features are his clothes:an orange v-neck velvet shirt with a white material filling the v, and blue and white vertical stripes pants. I don't remember if there were any defining features about his feet.

I can't remember anything about his labels - if he had any - or where he comes from as we initially bought him from a charity shop.
