Not antique, but I would really like to know more about my bear

(S. Korea)

I've had this bear for as long as I can remember.

I was born in 2000, and my grandmother bought it for me when I was still an infant, so I assume it was purchased around the same year.
My mother says it was bought it an airport, but she's not sure about it.

I live in South Korea and my grandmother used to come and go from Ghana, so if it was bought in an airport, it was one in either country or Dubai (you have to transfer planes there when going from SK to Ghana and vice versa).
This is just a guess, though.

The bear is rather worn and some of its stuffings have fallen out (I think).
It's about 25cm from head to foot.
There used to be some kind of white English text written on its brown badge, but it has long since been washed away.
I stitched up the back of its shirt (which can be taken off with a little force) back when I was around eight, because it was starting to fall apart.

Assuming it's about 18~20 years old, it doesn't count as antique but it has been a huge part of my childhood as well as accompanying me throughout my life and I would love to know more about it.
