No idea the maker or year.

Previous tag on ear missing and there is a open seam on the right side of its butt. It is jointed but only slightly heavy. The fur is super soft and cuddly. The seam on his nose is ripped open revealing straw or hay. I accidentally found him at my local thrift barn alone in the kids toy section. I have no clue how to clean him or at least spot clean. He doesn't appear to be dirty and smells like a logcabin. Floppy ears and small black dots sticking out on both his hands. The eyes are glass because it doesn't make that clinking sound when you lightly tap your finger on it.I attempted to google him but only boyds came up. No previous tags cut off or appear to have had tags. The scraf i dressed him in
