My old friend Bearbear

I've been with this guy ever since I was born, he's quite old but he has been with me through all the rough times I've had. I've been looking for another one like him but I've had no such luck with being able to find which company made him. The only thing I have to go off of is the words Sweet Dreams, and even then it's the only thing I remember reading off of the top of his tag when I was about 8 or 9. Since reading it all those years ago, his tag has all but faded away on the top side, so I'm unable to read what company he came from or even what the branding is. Thankfully the underside of his tag is somewhat in tact and has faded slightly, but it is still miraculously still readable, the bottom side of his tag should hopefully help with identifying my old friend. The underside of his tag roughly reads as follows:

Since the underside of his tag was starting to fade away, it was a little tricky to read the upper parts of it, but hopefully this will be enough to identify him. I will add a few more characteristics just in case that isn't enough. When you move him around he jingles from what I can describe as a flat feeling bell inside him, he was more white instead of the grey he is showing as of right now, and lastly he had a bit more fluff back in the day, he's lost some of it somehow even though he's never been opened up. And finally from what I was told by my mom about him, he was released in the 1990's, although I don't know what year he was introduced in, my mom did get him a year before I was born in 1999 which should also help in identifying him. I do hope that with all of this info you'll be able to help identify him once and for all.
