Mickey teddy bear

Hello-
I would appreciate any assistance with identifying this bear. I have a Mickey face type teddy bear. Well loved but I don’t have any history on it. It was inherited via a house cleanup/clean out. I could not dispose of the little guy. No visible tags. Measures about 12”. The face is plastic (?) painted. I haven’t cleaned him up at all. Light brown body. Darker colored ears. Any assistance for identification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
