Help me fix my childhood friend!

Hello! I was wondering if I could get a little help on identifying this bear. I've had him ever since I was extremely little, he's quite matted from me holding him for all those years as you can see. Unfortunately, my dog tore his face off and destroyed his eyes when I was away from home a couple of years ago, and I was hoping I could find out what type of bear he was so I could replace his face or possibly his eyes. He means more than anything to me and I was extremely devastated when his face was destroyed, so any help is appreciated! I have only 2 pictures, and the one where he still has a face is very low quality and I apologize for that!

Hello! Does the bear have two-tone beaded eyes? and does the mouth have a separate bottom lip so you can fit a finger in the space created between the nose and the bottom lip?

Have you tried contacting a teddy bear hospital. They may be able to help you. You should be able to find one online.
