HELP ME FIND THIS BEAR

Hello,

I have been trying to find this bear for my older brother. It was his first stuffed animal and this is the only photo we have of it. It's not much to go off of, but if anyone might know the brand from the yellow tag, even that would be helpful. This photo was taken in 1992 and its a cream colored bear with a brown tail, white on the bottom of the paws and a white belly. Any info helps, thanks!
