Help me find my childhood teddy

It’s a pink bear, its fur is individual somewhat thick strands that kinda resemble noodles. It has a think light pink strand of chiffon like fabric around it’s neck that’s tied into a bow in the front. On its face, where the eyes mouth and nose is located, there is no fur, it’s a white circle of white velvety fabric. It has 2 black beads for eyes. On the bottom of its feet, there is no fur, but rather 2 white circles of the same velvety fabric that’s on its face. It has a little round tail, and it was given to me as a gift at the hospital when I was born on October 2, 2003. I believe it was bought at Burlington.
