Help identify childhood bear!

My husband has had this bear since he was born in 1994 and we both love this bear very much and would like to find him or something very similar to him to give to our newborn baby. His fur is a little rough and his nose is plastic, and he can only sit up his legs don't bend at all for him to stand. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
