Golden Yellow Mohair Teddy Bear

This bear measures 21 1/2" long. He is on the skinny side; his boy width, at his waist measures about 6 1/2" across. He might have a crier from the feel, but it is not working. He has shoe button eyes and an upturned snout with embroidered nose and mouth. He is stuffed with straw or excelsior. His arms are short; they measure 6" long, while his body measures 9" long. He is disk jointed at his neck, arms and legs. His pads are suede. He is unsigned. On his front, he has a seam from under his nose, down his neck, down the middle of his body and also down the middle front of his legs. On the back of his head, he has a V seam and that runs down the middle of his back and becomes the same seam on his front.

I purchased him at an estate sale.

I would like to find out approximately his age and who would have made him or where he was made.
