Girlfriend's missing bear

Hello to all! I'm hoping you guys and gals could help me if possible. My girlfriend (whom I love very dearly) told me that she lost her childhood bear as an adult. I plan on proposing to her in January, if God is willing. I thought about getting that bear and either Replicating it with a velcro (or zipper) back and putting the ring inside, OR just finding the original. Thing is, I can't, for the life of me, find this bear anywhere! This website is my next to last stand. If anyone could point me to the right direction for the original (or ever someone that can make it from scratch), it would be greatly appreciated! I uploaded the pi ture below.
