Does anyone know where my childhood teddy bear is from?

Mr mouse as he is named is my childhood teddy bear and I always thought he was maybe in the beanie baby family as he once had a red ribbon on the back of his head similar to beanie babies which I cut off when I was little. I got him around 2004 but could be from earlier and I have no idea how I got him neither does anyone in my family, he feels like he’s made of little plastic beans, has no tags, only a checkered bow tie, any ideas??
