Meet Teddy

Hello! I am looking for the make of this bear. I was given it when I was a kid between the years 1998 and 2000. It has brown tartan ears and feet pads, a plastic brown button nose and eyes that look like they had something glued on them. He is a creamy white colour and had stuffing so that he is soft and flexible, and was a lot furrier when I first had him. I wanted to buy a new one to surprise my mother with so if anyone can help identifying it I would be sooo thankful!
