Dark Brown Teddy bear with white snout

Dark brown 9" teddy bear w white paws, ears, snout, chest patch. Given probably by my grandma circa 1982-89. I have lovingly called this bear higgins bear my whole life, as long as I can remember. However, I have no idea if this is because it said that on the tag or because I was an imaginative child. I believe this was from my grandmother from Pennsylvania. I cannot find anything online with all the same white markings- ears, snout, paws, AND chest. I think it is about 9", dark brown.... please help! I would love your input very much. My daughter now loves this bear and I would like to know what it is (maker, model, year, etc).
