Childhood yellow teddy bear

I received this bear from my boyfriend a couple months ago. He has had this bear for as long as he can remember 18 years or so. The bear is medium sized, pastel yellow, with striped paws. The paws all different stripes, green, pastel blue, and pink. The bear also had a small bow tie that is pink and paste blue stripped. It has no tail. Black plastic eyes close to the snout. The nose has been ripped off, but the remnants are a light pink. The bear has a stitched pink smile on a white snout. I collect bears and was wondering how old the bear is and how much it costs. He is from

a small town in Maine. It is possible it was made in the small town.
