Childhood Teddy with babies inside

I have a Teddy which is sentimental and I just wanted to know the details of this and if there is any the same still around.

The Teddy has a plastic part on the face. A fringe of hair.

Markings embroidered on the ear of C S

Unfortunately the tag has worn.

Inside the back of the Teddy which is velcro is 5x beany type babies. 3x girls and 2x boys.

I was given this as a child perhaps 1995 onwards.
