Can you identify this miniature teddy bear?

Hi, I've searched so long to find the origin of my little teddy bear. I think it was made around 1970-1980. My father bought it maybe at Sears or The Hudson Bay or Toys R Us, between 1984-1990 in the South Shore of Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Originally, the bear has a red bow and it has a tail almost halfway up its back. But with the time, I had to remove it. I also cut the tag when I was younger. Height of 4 to 5 inch, one side is higher than the other. Maybe made in China? Its coat looks like felt, pale brown. Inside, it seems cotton, plastic eyes and nose. Its mouth was a thin black thread.
