Can anyone please tell me about this bear

Hello,

I found this bear at the bottom of my mum's linen press when cleaning out her house. I believe she bought it from the Op shop she worked in about 15 years ago.
His head and body scrunch when you squeeze them. His arms and legs are stuffed, as you can see from the stuffing coming out! His arms and legs move. He measures approx 43 cms / 17 inches when sitting. And measures approx 61 sms / 24 inches in length. His nose and mouth are embroidered in black thread.
I would be grateful for any information. I would like to have him repaired. Could you please let me know of any toy repairers. I would also consider selling him if anyone is interested.
