Can anyone identify my pair of bears

I have two bears that were my Mums, one teddy is in much better condition than the other. The eldest has only one eye at the moment, his fur is worn and has a bad repair on his paw. His legs are & his arms are jointed. I think he must have been loved a bit more than the other.
The other is in much better condition, all joints move, his eyes are both great. He has a little wear on his nose & paw stitching.
They are both 20 inch height. Any help would be appreciated & also about having them repaired in the correct way. My Mum was given them as a little girl, late 30s early 40s.
