Can anyone help with this early 90's bear please

Hi, I'm trying to identify this bear. It was was bought around 1996 for my daughter, from a wonderful shop in our town, Huckleberry Willow in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
It has great sentimental value and id love to be able to buy another one for my daughter, not of course as a replacement, as he could never be replaced, but as an extra and as a surpriseforher, as she totally loves him.
I thought he could be a Gund make, but I'm really not sure. So I'm hoping that someone on here might have some ideas
I realise he's not old or expensive, but he is very special.
