Blue bear

I found blue at a thrift store and he was a bit damaged. I took him home and fixed him. I’ve always wondered what kind of bear he is and if he is apart of a brand. He is blue with white ears and white paws. His paws have a design on the bottom and he’s made to be able to move his arms around. He is a grey blue color.
