Best Friends childhood teddy

Scruffy is a dog who stands on, two legs and is about 21 years old in this picture. I'd love to be able to, buy her a new version of this to give to her children. He is brown with darker brown floppy ears. He is about fifteen cms tall and cannot sit up by himself. He's floppy and I'm guessing he's based off a poodle. But I can't be sure about that. 400 words sure is a lot but I am hopeful someone can find him somewhere online so I can surprise my best friend with a brand new scruffy. She sleeps with him every night since the day she was born. She turns 22 on July 31st.
