Anyone know who made this bear?

I’ve had this bear since 2005, I was about three or so when someone won him in a claw machine for me and I’ve loved him ever since. I don’t remember if he came with any tags or anything but I have never seen another bear like him. His left arm is long gone and I placed an iffy prosthetic in its place. I’ve been searching for many years to find even a similar bear at a thrift store, online or even at a yard sale. If you have any Info at all, it would be very much appreciated!
