Antique Teddy bear

This is the Teddy bear

It has a realistic bear pelt like feel its super silky and soft with a almost microfiber feel. It has a aged sort of leather patch on each foot with a worn down name that says sandy Davis in elegant script on one foot. Its stuffed with high quality probably polyester or cotton fibers and some type of beads. Its got a bulging stomach and all the limbs move 360 degrees but if I'm correct its put together to move with some type of sinew and some type of flat round disks for all moving body parts. Its all black with sewn on crinkly sounding nose covered with yarn possibly. It has glass black eyes, and,sewn on ears with high quality stitching. The stitching is pinkish but it actually was meant to be tan but is faded. Its not Stein because it has no ear button. if anyone has any idea what kind it is, how old or any info it would be greatly appreciated.
