90’s possibly 80’s bear

Hello, I know this is a long shot! I’m trying to figure out what brand the bear in photo could be. It was a bear that my husband had as a child that got lost in a move. We have searched all different kinds and haven’t seen one yet that matches so trying our luck here. He was born in 1992 and we have a photo of him with the bear younger than 3. Probley more around 2.
He describes the bear has having a egg / chubby shape. The bear is a cream color with white paws and stomach and a brown tail. The tag appears to be a gold ribbon or yellow.
This is the only photo we can find that had the mysterious bear in it.
