2005 Blue Teddy Bear

Please help me find the origin of this bear! This teddy bear was a Christmas gift from one of my deceased relatives back in 2005. Ever since then, I have never been able to find another teddy bear that even resembles it. Given the fact that tomorrow is Christmas once again, I wanted to try to find it again. The closest I bears I could encounter after searching on the internet were the Eden Pastel Vintage Teddy Bear, but even then the eyes are very different— Eden Teddy Bears have eyes of a single color while this one has a white dot, yet it appears the style and the technique used to fill them and close them is the same —none of them seem to have overalls like mine. I searched on Google, Amazon Store, local toy stores at the time, toy stores overseas, but I have never, ever found another pastel blue teddy bear with a pink plead triangular hat with a little white ball on top and pink plead bow tie, pink nose and happy mouth, yellow ears , sole of the feet, and overalls with pastel green buttons, and cream colored “shirt”. It used to be dotted but now the dots have washed out a little. In the old picture provided, you can see the dots more clearly. One could argue he’s a “clown teddy bear”. Even after 15 years, it is just fine. The only part that has needed any maintainable was the hat, since it got some holes, but it was easy to fix with a needle and thread and any other part has never broken off or even opened. It makes a funny noise; it has a plastic sphere inside him with what seems to be other spheres so when you shake him, he makes a noise resembling a rattling snake or similar to other teddy bears with that kinda thing inside... Speaking of which, I’m pretty sure he is filled with cotton, but I’m not about to open him to confirm. Every part seems to contain cotton except the ears, which are flat. I really hope someone can find something similar because I’ve always been curious as to where he’s from! I understand this is for very old Teddy Bears and mine is only from 2005, but still he came unbranded and it’s one of the biggest mysteries of my life. I thought, since he isn’t that old, it would be easy to find the source. But I have nothing! I submitted 4 pictures below.
