+20 year old bear, poorly repaired, but well loved

I got this bear from my mom and dad about +20 years ago. I vividly remember that there was another bear that they had that sorta went with it. The dog chewed it up about 15 years ago and me and my dad tried to repair it. It’s a cream/white colored bear. It holds a medium/small sized dark red velvet heart in its hands with no text. The eyes are plastic with black and blue. The left foot has a pink heart on it. The tail is very round and small. The ribbon is original and is a champagne/gold mesh material with swirl embroidery and plastic relative pieces.
