1984 Brown Teddy Bear from Oregon

This teddy bear was purchased in Oregon in about 1984.There is a half white circle around the bear's neck and the hands, paws, and nose all feature a lighter brown color. The bear is about 18 inches in height. Any information on the bear or where to find another one would be appreciated. Thank you!
