15 years Teddy Bear

It’s not a collectors item, I’ve just been trying to find out what year these were made, I think I’ve had this best for about 15 years, but the label is worn can’t see any of the writing. I wanted to find out what year it was made and to see if I am able to still buy them. I know the bear factory has shut down, but maybe if I could find more info it might help the search. I would appreciate and little help. Thank you Very much .
